What we keep
- Your account details (name, email, sign-in method)
- Your conversations with the Masters
- The signs made for you and their instructions
- Payment records (card details are held by our payment provider, never by us)
Why we keep it
To make your sign, show it in your account, notify you when it is ready, and handle refunds and support.
Who sees it
Only you, and a small number of staff for review and support. We never sell your data.
Reviews and feedback
After an approved image has been delivered for 14 days, we may send one neutral feedback email for that image. The email does not include your request or artwork. Reviews stay private until an administrator approves them. Approved reviews appear anonymously unless you choose to show your name.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it.
